Kathy is a broker owner of CENTURY 21 Alliance, the largest and top selling CENTURY 21 Firm in Pennsylvania. In addition to managing, Kathy is Director of Training and Agent Development for the firm. Responsible for the delivery of training to over 600 agents, she delivers both live training and webinars as well as records HOW TO training videos to keep their agents ahead of the market and changing times.
She serves on the Board of Directors for Montgomery County Association of REALTORS, where she served as President for 2007. She is the former Chairperson and current member for the Standard Forms Committee at Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS where she served on the Board of Directors for over 5 years. A past recipient of the Distinguished Service Award for Montgomery County Association of REALTORS as well as a Hometown Hero award for charitable community efforts, Kathy is an avid fundraiser for Easter Seals. Among other activities throughout the year, she chairs an annual Casino Night event to raise money and awareness of Easter Seals, an organization who helps children with disabilities throughout the United States.
Kathy also serves on the Technology Committee for CENTURY 21 Real Estate LLC as an elected member of the National Brokers Communication Congress which meets twice a year with the Leadership team of the CENTURY 21 franchise organization. Kathy was also involved with the franchise’s leadership team as the 2009 President of the CENTURY 21 Brokers Council of Eastern Pennsylvania.
Currently completing her first self-help book, Kathy is hoping to self-publish it within the next 12 months.
